error coming up saying system date error please check nds reset system. but date is correct

Theres no battery on the ds
What you need to do is download a brand new Kernel. If you have an R4 you are aware that sometimes you need to install new software. Download version 1.23 if you read it clearly states that it will fix this error. Good luck
