The two screws on the Zama carb will be marked L and H there will be a third marked with a T,the L screw will adjust the fuel mixture from idle to half throttle, the H screw will adjust the fuel mixture from half throttle to full throttle, basic settings are one and a quarter turns out on each screw, fine adjustment would have to be do from there, the H screw should only be adjusted if you have a means of checking the max free running speed. The T screw is the tick over screw
