My AEG Lavamat_turbo Washer Dryer is not drying properly? What is wrong?

Is this an engineer job or is there a blocked filter that may be stopping it warming up properly? The washing cycle is working fine.

there is a condensor tank inside the machine down the back right corner as you look from the front.they get blocked with fluff and need cleaning out now and again
