kenmore washer 11022622100 wont spin?

My kenmore washer wont spin.. You can hear is running but it doesnt spin at all. If I give the inner basket a push it will slowly start spinning but not well enough to spin out water.
Any suggestions on how we can fix this ourselves?

Hello,

The washer has to drain before it can spin. Check for a kinked or clogged drain hose.
