My towerchro QE2 worked perfectly for the last 5 years until latley when the heating in "run own program mode" remains constantly on! I deleted all the times in the heating timer program but when I switch it to the timed position it still comes on. While the hot water only program works 100% in the timed mode.
If everything else appears to be working then seems like the relay has failed 'On'. Can you hear a click when you manually select heat on/off - if not may incicate dead relay.
