How can I fix my Hygena Classic APL 3416?

My Hygena Classic APL 3416 will no longer heat up. I have assumed that it is the heating element. Is this synopsis correct and how easy is it to replace?

when my oven as been on for about 30mins or more the fan and element stop but both the red and orange lamps stay on.
