fan in car does not blow air vauxhall zafira club 02 pertol 1.8?

when i turn fan on it blows but no air comes out or just a little when you boost it so in winter it steams up and in summer you swelter can you help

sounds to me you need to replace your pollen filter the glovebox needs to be removed in order to do this that should sort steaming up and make your fan better
