How do I sound proof me shed/attic?

My daughter is taking Drum lessons and we've bought her a full set of 'flats' for her birthday. She already makes a hell of a racket on the practice set she has in her room so the new kit is being relegated to either the shed or the attic. What the best way to sound proof them? What materials do I need and where do I get it from??

Use spray Foam in a can, or you can buy sound proof insulation, which would be a lot cheaper then sound proof drywall, just go to your local hardware store to find Spray foam, or a Lowes or home depot, to find Insulation, it is a hard foam material

I would go for the shed and use sound proof drywall. Search
sound proof drywall. You will get a number of folks that make it and where to buy info.
