How do I cure a water leak from my de Longhi BAR14FE coffee maker?

My BAR14FE "Caffe Treviso" coffee maker is now several years old and has given excellent service but now has a tendency to leak water via the coffee dispenser when switched on but not dispensing.
I need to remove four screws from the top cover to reveal the leaking seals. They are deeply recessed but appear to be Torx screws. I have a standard set of Torx tools but none of them fits.
Can anyone help? I would be most grateful as spares are readily available for this unit.

cleaning the inside with vinegar (decalcification) solved this problem for me. (it occurred in my new coffee machine after a few weeks use...)

Hi Jonathan,

I have the same problem. How did you fix yours? My unit is a few years old and is now leaking a lot, as you describe.

Thanks
Simon

No need for help now, thanks. Have sorted problem using individual T20 tamperproof screwdriver with 6mm shaft but can not find any means on this site of deleting my question!
