my usb stick not copying properly?

I have purchased a 32gb usb stick from ebay and everytime I drag or copy items to it the information comes out in chinese and is not what i copied.
For example. If i copied 10 different songsm all the songs will be the same 1 track and mashed up.

I have tried formatting, but this does not work.
