Winding Stem?

I have a similar problem, how to get wristwatch winding stem OUT to enable cleaning of the face and glass.

Any help would be appriciated.

How can I remove a broken winding stem from a Rolex Explorer 1016 1969 that has move less then 1.59mm to the right? I cannot use a winding stem extention to remove broken stem and I do not what to damage my watch. Maybe I have to take it to a professonal.
Or perhaps someone out there can give me the answer.

First, remove back of watch, Second, near edge area where stem is located there is usually a screw or button (depends on brand or model)that holds stem in place. Either unscrew screw only one or two turns or push button while pulling on stem and it will usually come out. You really need quality watch repair tools (loop, screwdrivers, case openers, etc.) to work on a watch properly without damage.
