How can I fix my Samsung RS21DCNS?

Hi I have a Samsung RS21DCNS fridge freezer when I cleaned it out this morning I switched it off and now I cant get it to come back on completely, the inside lights are on and there is a small light flashing above the fridge temperature sign. Can you please advise?
