My Triton Topaz T100i has stopped heating the water. Can I repair it?

My Triton Topaz T100i shower unit has stopped heating the water. There is still normal flow through the unit but it appears the heating element(?) has conked out. Should I repair or replace? (Unit is 10 years old)
