I live in Shelton, Wa. and just bought a new Emerson EWV404. I'm having no luck adding channel 13, whether I try using the automatic or manual tuning. Am I missing something? The instuctions that come with this unit are almost non-existant. Realize, I'm not very good at programing electronics?!
