Hi i too have the same problem matrix mx194 approx 4 yrs old.On near completion of cycle the 3 center lights out of the 4 on the inside of door flash and a ringing tone indicating a fault. When the door is open there is approx 1'' of water in base of machine and the inside is extremely hot and full of steam

pull it out and check that there is no pipes trapped or twisted, happened to me 2 or 3 times and all i did was straighten the pipes
