I have konica u-bix 112 photocopier changed toner but photocopies really feint. heater wire seems ok? any clues?

clean the optical section first if this fails to rectify your problem then ensure that your transfer corona {charge wire at the bottom) is not arcing or broken, most liklely cause is your developer,empty the developer tank and add new developer this should solve your problem

Could be anything, try fresh paper, if that fails it could be the drum.
