How can I fix my Bosch Classixx dishwasher?

It washes dishes but it's not heating up. It also takes much longer, about 3 hours as oppose to 2 hours. I have added rinse aid and it seemed to work for about 2 washes, now it's back to not heating the water and not drying whilst taking ages.

it sounds like it could be the control panel not telling the heater to come on so it keeps washing because it cant reach the set water temp and thats why its not drying.or it could be the heater element but most of the time its the control panel at fault.
