How do I know if I need to replace my belt on my Hotpoint Washing Machine?

My Hotpoint model number VBXR1060V0WW has started leaking water out the bottom of the washer as soon as the tub is filled and starts.

Hello,

If your sure the water is coming from the bottom of the tub you probably have a bad tub seal that needs to be replaced.
