how to fix fridge freezer?

we have a zannussi fridge freezer frost free zfk5652rf it is not getting cold at all but the compresser and fan both running compresser getting hot can any one help

If the fridge and freezer are not cooling and the fan and compressor are running then this could be a gas issue (lose of) or a compressor fault.not a cheap repair either way!
