Don't knowif this will help ? hope so.
I also had similar prob ,switched off the fridge freezer cleared out the freezer drawers and removed the back plastic panel this was a bit tricky small tabs required to be eased out and then remove the second back panel with circulating fan attached, only my one the connection plug had come adrift,easy job to re-install as male plug had shaped pins slightly curved to allow male to fit female heat exchanger was choked with ice defrosted and started up never had any bother since ,but if anyone could copy operating manual and email me I would be grateful
