Xbox 360 keeps freezing?

My son's xbox 360 keeps freezing during game play, it is not stored in a cupboard so I don't think overheating is the issue.

I recently vacuumed it out to remove dust so may have done something to it

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Check out if he download little apps like facebook cause those are know to screw something up search and clear all the demos hes got some hold to much that xbox cant handle.and if none of that works its your lazer inside that reads the disks
