Nissan Tino 04 suspension knocking noise?

Hi everyone when I drive on slightly bumpy roads I can hear a knocking noise from the front of the car on the drivers side is there a common part that can go on these ie strut,link?radius arm etc ?look forward to hearing from anyone with ideas of what it could be many thanks .
