Can I modify high pressure taps to low pressure?

Hi! I bought some very expensive taps (Grohe) for my bathroom refurb. The water flow from my gravity fed system is poor...is it possible to modify (or even butcher!) the taps to increase the flow? And how do these taps come apart, there seems no visible way of dismantling them. Thank you.

unfortunately not without ruining the taps, suggest you remove tap, sell it and get some suitable taps, I did think that Grohe were suitable for high and low pressure though! Also remove any isolators and 90 degree bends as this will create resistance and reduce flow rates
