Roy it's easy but will take a long time to explain Remove top (unplug machine from wall)open the door prise seal off cabinet it is easy then looking from the top locate the seal and a phillips nut on a band unsrew this and remove the seal replacement is the reverse,When i did this job i found it best to remove the front of the washer but we won't go there just yet
