i deleted my channels by accident and it says no channels how do i get then back and ive done evrything byt it dont work and it also says no transponders to scan

hi sarah, im not to sure on the menu of the 100sl , but i will give it a go, go to menu / then (installation) then user installation) if it ask for a pin number put in 0000 press ok" now on the list that comes up , look for (symbol rate) tellywest should read 6.952 ,and if your were on ntl , it would read 6.887, so use your remote to change it back to 6.952, press ok " to save, exit back out, if you did this right, you should have a channell list , even if there are showing scrambled or not ...
