Both Fridge and Freezer are working perfectly but
the alarm keeps sounding - we press the button
to stop it but it starts again shortly afterwards.

Have tested temperatures of both units and they are fine. Is it possible to disable the alarm - apparently it is not possible to get the parts to fix it.
