sky channel problems?

i brought a new sky card but my channels still keep freezing or breaking up no matter the weather can anyone help me solve problem

thanks but had to buy new card due to the word backup and need new viewing card came up all the time thanks anyway.

That problem is nearly always caused by a dish alignment fault.

BTW, not sure why you thought that new Viewing Card would fix it.
