When I switch on and select a wash program the 1/2 load led lights and beeps, I've been told this means it requires a reset which is done by pressing the front buttons. Baumatic wants to charge me for this and too wait a week for them to come out. Can any one Help

With the door open try keeping the delay button pressed while turning on the machine.
