Halstead ace high boiler, ch not working?

my central heating is not working but the hot water is fine, think it may be the diverter valve but not sure

check power to Pcb asking the heating to come on
It may be timer or room stat not making the circuit
dirverter valve should be ok or check pump not jammed or faulty
