My Hoover Frost Free Fridge is suddenly freezing all my food. It is inedible. The only co-incidence is that the bulb went for the light at around the same time this started happening. Could that be related? I haven't changed the bulb yet. Thanks.

I am having the same problem, tried to get fridge repaired by two local tradesmen, Newcastle upon Tyne, no success, they don't do work on Hoover Frost Free Fridge Freezers and said that repair was unreliable.
Have looked at replacing with an Indesit Frost Free Fridge Freezer from Currys £299, was advised to replace rather than have Hoover Company repair because of cost.
Have defrosted fridge and it is building frost up slowly, so giving me time to make a decision about the best replacement.

No i am having the same problem. This is the 2nd fridge i have had from them the 1st kept making the food go off now this is freezing everything and the warranty has run out now . I do not really want to pay fortunes for someone to come out just to be told it cannot be fixed.
Does anyone know how much we are looking at to fix it & can it be fixed ?
