How do I remove a CD stuck in my 2002 Toyota Highlander?

How do I remove a CD stuck in my 2002 Toyota Highlander -- when selecting CD function and hit
eject, error code 3 shows on the display. I can hear a slight clicking in the radio like it's trying to eject. Help PLEASE
