I have this exact same model weed eater, and it has a Champion RCJBY plug.

If you have not given up.. do you have an owners manual or anything that indicates the configuration of the two hoses for the gas tank? Mine has totally disintegrated, so all I have left is the little filter that sits at the bottom of the tank, and a hose adapter fitting (both loose within the tank).
