Hi Sethu,
Press the star key with what looks like a head drawn around it and the 2 and 8 keys at the same time.
This takes you into service mode.
Press COPIER-FUNCTION-CLEAR-ERR then turn copier off and on.
If this does not work you may need a new fuser assy.
