I have a Kenwood KDW243A Dishwasher the E4 Error appeared and now the Programme (P) control button will not work although the on & off switch works and still bleeps it has worked once since, and the pump, heater & motor are still in working order. Please advise.

check the door switch at the back of the front control panel. also note, on some of these machine the P' won.t work if the door is closed set prog before closing door.
