please help !! i have a brother sewing machine and it has seized up . ?
the motor is working ,the belt is still making the inner section of the wheel go round , but the outer part of the wheel is stuck and it won't even let me move it manually .

Chances are there is a small piece of thread stuck in the raceway area, force the balance wheel backwards first of all to try and free it off or take the bobbin ase and raceway out to have a look.
