how to change thermistor on biasi m1132sm/e?

as above, on demand the burner goes on and off thus water goes hot and cold even with tap on half demand, boiler is only 3 years old.

sounds like your diaphram in your diverter valve has a hole in it, or perished ( diaphram is made of rubber) this will not be your thermistor i,m sure
