How can I fix my LG WD(m) - 11220(5)FD?

My washing machine is still washing but the fabric conditioner is not washing out of the drawer and into the drum. I have cleaned the drawer and the inside of the machine but this has not worked - does anyone have any suggestions what it might be as the manual does not address it.
