I WAS MOWING AND MY BLADES JUST STOPPED. NOW THEY WONT GO BACK ON. THE BELT IS FINE, CLEANED THE GRASS FROM THE MOWER DECK. I THINK IT MIGHT BE THE SAFETY SWITCH TO THE SEAT? SOMETIMES WHEN I GO TO TAKE THE BRAKE OFF, IT WANT'S TO STALL. SO I MESS WITH THE WIRES TO THAT SWITCH AND THEN IT WILL GO. WOULD THAT ALSO MAKE THE BLADES NOT WORK?

I have the same mower and I had the same problem with the blades quitting while mowing. I have the maintenance agreement with Sear's so they came to fix it. The problem ended up being the electric PTO switch. It was about a $30 part but it didn't cost me anything since I have the agreement. Might want to try that.
