drum movement?

every now and then the drum in our hotpoint ultima wma76 moves so violently it bangs the outer casing and the machine moves across the floor . i have had the top and back off the machine to check the springs but they seem fine . any other suggestions ?

As well as the drum hanging on springs, it also sits on two shock absorbers, these might be on their way out. These are located underneath.
