Hi, The paddles supplied with the machine are unique to the design of that machine, but that is not saying you can not use a paddle from another, the quality of the mix and knead may not be as good. You see the paddles performance is optimised to give the correct degree of mix and knead, some are designed in such a way to prevent flour spray, and ease of removal from the loaf.
