conditioner not draining from washer?

Hi there

i have a WM602, i have had a few problems lately with it. CO3 & FO2 errors

but now it isn't using the conditioner while doing a wash.. when the cycle finishes it is still in the draw

the water is draining down the back of the tray, but not in it...

can anyone help??

The water solenoid valve which flushes out the conditioner draw is not working.
Take the lid off the top and you will see two or three solenoid valves immediately behind the water input hose connections.
Find the one that feeds the conditioner drawer and check that both terminals are connected.
As the valves are usually all the same you could switch it with the main fill valve. Now set your machine on a wash cycle and if it refuses to fill with water you have proof that the solenoid valve is the fault.
If it does fill after the change of valves, your problem lies with the power circuit feeding the conditioner flush solenoid.
