do they engage when door open if not take handle off take out cylinder then take all screws out supporting door lock when off inspect centre latch were handle and cylinder goes c if it rounded in anyway if not just replace centre latch or hook keeps mayb better getting new lock can b fixed but not if u dont know what u looking for
