Surely this is not working correctly?

Have Brandt frost free fridge- freezer which during the summer hardly ever seems to switch off - the freezer temp is about 22-25- This must be using up a lot of electricity. Any ideas on what the problem is?

I think the usual temperature that domestic freezers run at is -18º C (0ºF)
