how do i fix my printer i do not know what that stuff that one guy said means i am not understanding. someone please help and how do I reset it

I believe e515 refers to either a document feeder or sorter. Try unplugging the peripherals and running the machine. If this works blow out the connections as often a poor connection in the back of the machine can cause this.
