how can I mend my hotpoint dryer CTD40?

my hotpoint dryer was working in the night,turned it on this morning and it is lifeless.Changed the fuse and tried it in differant sockets in the kitchen but nothing at all.It is a Hotpoint Aquarius CTD40.I would be grateful for your advice.Thank you
