Hi - i had an error code on my dyson yesterday evening and have cleared that by following the tips on this website. However, now the door mechanism isn't releasing so I can't open the doors to get to my laundry. I've tried turning the emergency release (in the soap drawer section), but that isn't working either. Can somebody help?
