If the password is held in security chip - you don't. They are designed to turn stolen laptops into scrap.
Additionally, I have no intention of posting how to reset other passwords on an open forum (and I hope that no one else will either) because I believe that to do so would be a recipe for even more stolen laptops. (Often involving the use of violence.)
I suggest that you take the lkaptop to aloca computrer ship woth proff of ownership and ID and they MAY be able to help youi but don;'t hold you breath.,
