whats wrong with my isar m30100?

with domestic only switched on radiators get hot too need to switch some radiators of in order to wash up or have a bath changed pcb checked diverter valve and motor head they seem ok can you help me PLEASE ?

Diverter valve cartridge is all it will be.

To prove it, turn off the isolation valve on the flow pipe of the CH (Temporary fix)
