How to fix e94 on Casio cash register?

Machine does not perform any function. When on, E 94 appears on the screen. Have checked for loose or broken wires, fuse, etc. All ok. I need to fix it from e 94 to work properly.

Remove the casement from the drawer top, remove the printer head, clean the wheels and slide rods, oil with a drop of machine oil(only a smidge though), if this has been sitting awhile, could be from dust and lack of use.
This is what I have found, and now works well

Printer is jammed. Look for anything stuck in printer.
