how do i fix my mp3 player when i put it on it jus says starting.... and it never goes to my songs

EXACTALLY the same problem
and i checked everywehre on the box, manual, mp3 player itself. no phone number, or website. you'd think theyd help u, but no.
i got a good tip today, turn down the lights, put barry white on and open a bottle of chardonnay, then it shud get turned on quite easily
